Served with a sweet chilli dip

Duck and pork pâte with Cognac
Served with Melba toast

Boxed baked camembert (v)
Served with a red onion chutney and toasted French bread

Smoked Scottish salmon
Served with lemon and brown bread and butter

Field Mushrooms baked with Hummus and Grilled Cherry Tomatoes (v)
Served on a bed of rocket salad with a drizzle of basil oil

Grilled chicken breast stuffed with ham and covered with melted mozzarella and a tomato
and fresh herb sauce. Served with chips

Fillet steak
Served with grilled cherry tomatoes, mushrooms (cooked with olive oil and white wine),
onion rings and a choice of potato. Chilean red wine and mushroom sauce served separately
